  Real Estate and technology are my passions! Educated and satisfied first time home buyers are my pride and joy. I love and also live the urban historical lifestyle (20 years now). Older homes may be a challenge to some Realtors but I view it as an adventure! I do list and sell the entire Dayton area, surrounding suburbs and counties. I am a full-time Realtor (past 7 years) and if I had it to do all over again, real estate would have been my first career instead of the law. My clients tell me that it shows!

  Home Buyer Bonus Plan is Official as of May 1st
  The Federal Home Buyer Tax Credit expired on April 30th. Without this incentive in place, the residential real estate market will be losing a powerful vehicle for attracting new and repeat home buyers looking to take advantage of a credit worth up to $8,000. We’d like to present you with a unique marketing opportunity that could improve your chances of completing a sale quickly. From May 1st through July 31st, we’ll be investing in support of a nationwide campaign, the Coldwell Banker Buyer Bonus Event, which we’re positioning to home buyers as a new program that will continue to offer them benefits of buying today without all of the eligibility and qualification restrictions of the expiring program. The purpose of this program is twofold: • Re-energize qualified first-time home buyers who missed out on the Tax Credit • Impact and energize a new, broader home buyer audience who failed to qualify for the Tax Credit Sellers agree to refund to the buyer 3% of the accepted offer price of your home up to $8000. This “Buyer Bonus” takes the form of a credit at close. Meanwhile, Coldwell Banker will be promoting this program nationally, generating widespread awareness and replenishing a home buyer pipeline depleted by the expiration of the governments tax credit program.

Marketing support for the program will include: • Buyer Bonus Event tags which will appear on all Coldwell Banker television advertising throughout the month of May, June and July • Online display ads promoting the event on coldwellbanker.com and coldwellbankerdayton.com • The promotion of your home as a participating property on coldwellbanker.com and coldwellbankerdayton.com and as part of a property search function that only includes Buyer Bonus Event properties • A consumer-targeted video featuring the Buyer Bonus Event will be made available on Coldwell Banker OnLocation, the most visited real estate channel on YouTube. • Social media outreach on sites such as Facebook and Twitter promoting the Buyer Bonus Event • A Buyer Bonus sign rider on your yard sign • Highlighted throughout all of Coldwell Banker Heritage’s marketing and advertising.
